Did you know you can ask for more than an email address with your Join By Text keyword? We have many organizations who ask for other information.
And now, first name, last name, and email address will be separated by column in the download CSV file inside your Join By Text account so you can easily import that information into another platform. But if you’re using one of the platforms below…

For our MailChimp, Infusionsoft, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, AWeber, and Zapier users…
If you connect your Join By Text keyword to one of the platforms listed above you can now ask for name (first and even last name if you want) and that name will be automatically passed into your list along with the email address. You can test this feature out right now by simply updating your keyword’s first response (see example). Key Benefits:

What about Phone Numbers and Zip Codes?
For our MailChimp users, phone number and zip code will be passed into your MailChimp account and list just like name and email address. You can learn more about setting up this feature here.
For our Zapier users, phone number and zip code will be passed into your Zapier account just like name and email address. You can then use your Zapier integration to pass all this information along to another platform that integrates with Zapier.
For all other users, you can ask for those at the same time too, and they will be saved inside your keyword’s CSV download in separate columns!
